This episode is so inspiring and Suzanna has the most peaceful calming voice I’ve ever heard! Haha Suzanna Haltern comes on the podcast to talk about how we can truly create a life that we don’t want to escape from. I found this topic fascinating because I won’t lie, sometimes I feel this way and I hate that.
She talks about how a lot of our healing affects how we view and live our lives. If we don’t take care of ourselves, it’s hard to take care of others, especially those in our family. She talks about how you can start taking steps to living the life you want and image. Suzanna also encourages moms to celebrate their wins, no matter how small! Make a big deal out of the things that you are changing and accomplishing in your life. Ahhh...I could go on, but don’t want to give away too much of the episode. She is full of wisdom and says things in a way I never have thought of them. This is a MUST listen.
Suzanna Haltern is a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner and Emotional Incite Coach, who helps women heal their children through healing themselves. Her family has spent the past lifetime in the Southwest of the US. She has 4 kids, and splits her time between homemaking, homeschooling, and working as a healer and coach. She also has a degree in Horticulture, love plants, soil, water and sun (in all their forms).
