I love music! I love writing, playing the piano and singing. It's one of my joys and passions. After having kids...I certainly feel like I lost myself and didn't have time to do the thing I loved so much. As the years have gone by, and I now have two kids, in order to do the things I love, I have to MAKE the time.
You want the simple advice on how to have time for your hobby, you have to change your thoughts and you have to MAKE the time. And you can do it! Don't be afraid to ask for some help to do the things that you love. You deserve it mama! So take a listen to learn how to change your thoughts and how you can make your hobby a priority again.
